Job Summary
We are seeking service-oriented, A-Player Tire Technicians only, with friendly smiling faces to join our busy tire shop. As a Tire Technician, you will provide excellent customer service by identifying the needs of our customers and assisting them with selecting the right tires. You’ll inspect and install tires and perform other tire-related tasks, such as tire rotation and balancing and custom wheel fitment.
Responsibilities
- · Fit, balance, rotate, and repair tires with speed and accuracy
- · Spot safety issues before they become someone else’s problem
- · Torque wheels properly — non-negotiable
- · Keep the shop area tidy, clean and efficient
- · Communicate with your team so the day stays smooth
- . Provide tire & vehicle inspection to ensure safety and drivability
- . Follow the safety procedures set forth by the company
- . Answer customer inquiries and provide stellar customer service
Qualifications
- · You follow a proper process every time — fit, balance, torque, done
- · You do the job right the first time — no comebacks, no excuses
- · You don’t need babysitting
- · Your bay stays clean because that’s your standard
- · You speak up, keep the line moving, and don’t create bottlenecks
- · You work with purpose, not panic
- . Professional experience removing and installing tires is preferred
- . Customer service-oriented to ensure customers are satisfied with their purchase
- . A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred

Compensation: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
